Description
IQC09049009011. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1620-01-101-4060, Skid Tube Assy, RH, IAW Bell Helicopter (CAGE 97499) drawing 206-052-118, Rev J dated 27May92 and AMCOM (CAGE 81996) procurement package 206-052-118 rev H dated 13Sep04 and SS206-052-118 rev Basic dated 9Sep04, part number 206-052-118-104. Approved source is Triumph Fabrications (CAGE 3H339). FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item as of May 29, 2009. Surge is required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 24 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Origin Inspection is required. First Article – Contractor applies. Government Fit Test applies. Configuration Control and Critical Item Application apply. Requested delivery for production units is 287 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is June 15, 2009. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about July 15, 2009.
