Description
Solicitation NOTICE: THIS IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. This is a best value acquisition for a service contract to provide the necessary labor, equipment supervision, program facilitator, and material to provide a Tier II Leadership and Development Program to the US Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans District. The US Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans District is seeking a professional management and leadership facilitator to administer and assist with future development of the New Orleans District Tier II Leadership Development Program for the Corps of Engineers. The overall objective of the program is to train, educate and mentor Corps of Engineers employees, who possess leadership potential, to be effective leader-managers within the Corps of Engineers and the New Orleans District in particular. Contractors will sumit proposals based upon the District Tier II Leadership Development Program as described in the Statement of Work and the New Orleans District Tier II Leadership Development Program Guide. Contractors will describe how they plan to integrate their personal curriculums into the District Tier II Leadership Development Program format. The Contractor shall have a minimum of five years experience performing such work. All supervisors must possess at least five years of supervision experience and program facilitators shall have at least three years of experience in performing the required Scope of Work.
