Description

Solicitation N00421-09-T-0091 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for Total Women Owned Small Business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Fischer Custom Communication Inc. for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The manufacturer must be Fischer Custom Communication Inc. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 102 ea P/N FCC-350B-2000-NFF Lightning Arrestor, CLIN 0002 Quantity 1 Lt Shipping Charges to St. Inigoes, MD 20684-0010. Award is expected 04 JUN 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 02 JUN 2009 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
