Description

This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Social Security Administration, Region IV, intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Hotel Services to be provided for its Manager’s Meeting in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area only. NAICS code: 721110. The size standard is $7.0 million. The Request for Quotations (SSA-RFQ-09-1547) will be posted at http://www.fedbizops.gov on or about 6/08/09 with quotations due no later than 6/18/09. No bid packages will be accepted after 6/18/09. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be available. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. A firm-fixed price purchase order with a performance period of 08/10/09 to 08/12/09. Anticipated award date will be NLT 06/24/09. All responsible businesses may submit an offer which shall be considered. No award will be issued to a prospective vendor that has not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov). Prior to registering in CCR, you must obtain a DUN and Bradstreet number at 1-800-333-0505. No telephone, e-mail, mail or fax requests for solicitation will be accepted. *****
