- Solicitation for NSN: 1440-01-063-9703, Rail Assembly. Approved source: Northrup Grumman System Corp., CAGE 76823, part number14-82003-5. Firm Fixed Price Contract with 100% option quantity. Quantity is 44 each. FOB at Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Requested delivery is 120 days ARO. The solicitation issue/opening is 15 June 2009. The solicitation closing date is 15 July 2009. Unrestricted to Small Business.
