- The Amarillo VA Health Care System has a requirement for a Biodex System 4 Pro Orthopedic Testing & Rehabilitation System or approved equal at the Amarillo VA Health Care System, 6010 Amarillo Blvd West, Amarillo, Texas 79106. The Amarillo VA Rehabilitation Service treats veteran patients with many diagnoses that require a specialized exercise device that allows patients to perform many different typse of exercise to include passive, active, and resistive. The Rehabilitation Service also requires a system that allows specific testing of various joints to assist a physician in determining the veteran patient's fitness to return to activity following injuries and surgical procedures. The Amarillo VA has a continued need for a system that assists in post operative recovery of ligament surgeries as younger OIF/OEF veterans return and seek medical attention for orthopedic injuries. Any award made under this requirement is subject to the availability of funds. Contractor shall provide all equipment, as specified, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this requirement. This procurement is conducted under the authority listed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The applicable NAICS Code is 423450 and the size standard is 100 employees.
