Description: Replace the three exhaust fans with upblast fans. The fans shall be hinged and supplied with a flexible weatherproof electrical to permit inspection and cleaning. The fan shall also be manufactured with a drain outlet and reservoir at the lowest point of the housing to permit drainage of the grease.. For cost estimating purposes, assume three 9,000 CFM upblast fans designed for kitchen exhaust systems. Re-use existing curb, ductwork, and electrical supply.
