- This amendment is issued to provide questions/answers and is provided as Amendment 0002 to CSS #W9124R-09-T-1061. Q1. What is the filler material? A1: The filler material is huberbrite 7. This is mixed with linseed oil and Microcrystalline Wax Rt9508MW, Wax # 118P. Q2. What is the ratio of wax to filler? A2: The mixture with the highest density wax mixture is 1lb wax to.60lbs huberbrite. This will give you a specific gravity around 2.1 for the mixture. Q3. TDS sheet for wax including viscosity vs. temp data points A3: For information on the wax and wax mixture, please see question 1. Viscosity verse temp data points not available. Q4. Flame point of wax A4: The wax will melt a little below 200 degrees F. Q5. Form that wax will be in when it goes into our system A5: The existing system will dispense liquid wax at approximately 250-300 F mixed with the huberbrite and linseed oil into the quoted system. Q6. Is it one pump or multiple pumps that are required to output.25-10 gpm? A6. There should be a total of three pumps in the quote. One for each system and a spare pump.
