- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), has a requirement to Purchase AA-2903 coaxial anti-micro phonic Cable.NSWCCD intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement with Times microwave Systems, Wallingford, CT, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Times Microwave cable is used in our measuring systems and hardware. We are using Times Microwave cable In order to keep future rigs and systems compatible. Only one responsible source and no other supplier of services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS 334419 applies.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources submitting proposals within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Anticipated award date is on or around 06/10/09.
