- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE AS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE IOWA MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) FOR THE IOWA NATIONAL GUARD. THE FOLLOWING TASK ORDER CONTRACTORS QUALIFY: RJS Constructors, Inc., 1030 W. Olympia Drive, Peoria, IL, 61616, Woodruff Construction, 1890 Kountry Lane, Fort dodge, IA, 50501, MaxFour Engineers, 3435 South Inca St., Englewood, CO, 80110, Munro Construction, 5530 NW Beaver Dr., Suite 100, Johnston, IA, 50131, RMD Holdings, 53861 Gratiot Ave., Chesterfield, MI, 48051. The Iowa National Guard plans to award a task order for construction for the Barracks Roof Replacement, project number 19080208, located at Camp Dodge, 7105 N.W. 70th Avenue, Johnston, Iowa. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to remove of existing shingles roof system and replacement with ice and water shield, 30 lb felt, and 50 year shingles on six buildings. Work will include all material, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the reroofing. The buildings identified are building S-50 with a square footage of approximately 9,680, building S-51 with a square footage of approximately 9,680, building S52 with a square footage of approximately 24,970, building S54 with a square footage of approximately 24,970, building S53 with a square footage of approximately 31,680, and building S55 with a square footage of approximately 31, 680.
