- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912HZ09R0011. This synopsis will be immediately followed by the posting of solicitation #W912HZ-09-R-0011. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 424720 and the Small Business size standard is 100 employees. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center Contracting Office, has a requirement for a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement for Off-Road Grade Diesel Fuel. The Corps intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a period of five years under full and open competition. The intent is to award multiple BPAs using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items. All interested firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration. The Government will award a BPA resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Detailed specifications will be available on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 2 June 2009.
