Questions Additional Costs info Description: This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number FFHSC19124A001 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be valid for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 512110. The business size standard is $29.5m. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: ***Modified 1Jun09 at 2:30. Three attachments are included on this solicitation. One is a product list which outlines comparable products that are expected to be used in regards to the production and lighting equipment. The second attachment is a list of questions that were asked in regards to this solicitation. The third is a listing of additional expenses that need to be incorporated into your quote per Qwest Policy. Audiovisual support and services in conjunction with the USSTRATCOM Deterrence Symposium held at the Qwest Center Omaha, NE on 29 & 30 July 2009 (29 July: 0700-1700, dinner 1830-2030; 30 July: 0700-1700). The two-day symposium-comprised of 7 panels and 3 key-note speakers will be shot as a two camera shoot. Editing service includes approximately 32 hours of video edited into 12-16 hours of finished video, delivered as 8 high quality, 2-hour DVDS. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
