- Homestead Air Reserve Base is seeking any company that would be interested in providing the following service: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, other items and services necessary to perform pickup and recycling of the glass and plastic portion of Integrated Solid Waste Services to achieve a minimum of 40% diversion of all solid waste (recyclable materials) collected and a minimum of 50% of all construction and demolition (C&D) debris collected. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as the expense to obtain all permits, pay all license fees, operating expenses not expressly undertaken by the government and comply with all federal, state, and local government regulations.
