- Notice of intent of Use Other Than Full and Open Competition: The Government currently occupies 32,312 rsf of space in the Riverview Plaza located at 63 South Royal Street, Mobile, AL 36602 under lease GS-04B-38406. The General Services Administration plans to extend the current lease contract for 24 months with 12 months firm. The Government will relocate only if consideration of utilities and required tenant alteration are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
