Description
Custom RF Cabinet 2 EA This is a custom-made cabinet that requires the following: - 41U height (80in.) - 36 inches deep - 19" rack mount(24in wide) - Front door - Rear door with internal rear door closure - I/0 panel: - 6 X PRC-117/PSC-5 Audio connectors - 6 X PRC-117G J4 Female connections for remote hook-ups of KDUs - 6 X DB9 Female connections - 6 X RJ45 Female connections - 6 X USB Female connections - 2 X DB-25 Female connections - 4 X F-type Female coax tv connections - 12 X SMA Female connections - 6 X N-type Female connections - 6 X BNC Female connections - 6 X TNC Female connections - 4 X SVideo Male connections - 4 X SVideo Female connections - 2 each 2 X 20 Amp powerline filters with power pigtail 25' long, dual power to support 2 each 120 volt AC inputs - 2 each vertical power strips, 11 outlets per strip - Front and rear vertical rails with square holes, clips and rack screws - 6 each 230 CFM fans to handle maximum 16,389 BTU/h - 6 each honeycomb air vents - Paint color to be office beige TESTING: RF certification testing shall be conducted at frequencies approximating 400 MHz and 1 GHz per methodology of NSA 94-106. Frequencies may be altered or offset to avoid ambient frequencies present. Each cabinet shall be individual tested at 15 test points. Corrective action shall be performed on all shielding deficiencies and the cabinet retesting until the cabinet meets or exceeds the specified requirement of: 95 dB at 400 MHz and 1 GHz The lowest attenuation measurement obtained at a specific frequency is considered to be the overall attenuation for the cabinet at the tested frequency. The actual RF attenuation for each test point can be expressed as follows: Dynamic range - measured value = RF attenuation All performance and acceptance testing will be conducted with a blank I/O panel. Please note that the customer must approve custom cabinets to meet requirements. All offers must include technical specifications.
