- UNRESTRICTED: NSN: 5990-00-073-1760. TRANSOLVER, ELECTRICAL 3C procurement from approved source(s), see listed below. ADEQUATE TECHNICAL DATA IS NOT AVAILABLE TO FULLY DESCRIBE THIS ITEM. HOWEVER, PARTIAL DATA SPECIFIED IN THE AID SETS FORTH ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ITEM. ONLY THE SPECIFIED MANUFACTURER'S PART NUMBER(S), MODIFIED AS NECESSARY TO CONFORM TO THE PARTIAL DATA, ARE ACCEPTABLE. OFFERS OF OTHER ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED ALTERNATE OFFERS AS DEFINED IN DLAD 52.217-9002 AND ELSEWHERE IN THE SOLICITATION. APPROVED SOURCE(S): L-3 COMMUNICATIONS HOLDINGS, INC. 1NZ85 P/N 7156904-1 DLAD PROVISION 52.211-9009 IS APPLICABLE TO THIS SOLICITATION, THEREFORE URPLUS MATERIAL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. IF PRESENT IN THE SOLICITATION, PROVISION 52.211-9003 AND CLAUSE 52.211-9000 ARE NOT APPLICABLE. The solicitation is for qty of 46 ea. Requested production delivery is 290 days. F.O.B. is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. PRODUCT VERIFICATION TEST IS REQUIRED. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. 12. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Copies of this solicitation will be available by download from the internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. Copies of the solicitation will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
