Description

Request For Quotation (RFQ) Purchase of Live Channel and Rainbow Trout Fish This Request For Quatation (RFQ) is for the purchase of Live Channel Catfish and Rainbow Trout for Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433. The attached RFQ must have completed the price Contract Line Item Numbers 0001-4003 pages 2-9. The Cover page Standard Form 18 Blocks 8, 13, 14,15 and 16 must be filled in and signed (Block 14). FAR Clause 52.212-3 "Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (Jun 2008) must be completed pages 13-24 unless you have completed an on line ORCA. Finally, DFARS Clause 252.212-7000 "Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items" (Jun 2005). Note this will be an incrementally funded purchase order with the award being made for the first Channel Catfish Delivery. This is a full and open competition.
