Description
THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912C3-09-R-0006. The U.S. Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has an Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C3-09-R-0006/ Lodging Services for various Yellow Ribbon Phases. Contractor is to provide all necessary amenities for the required event in accordance with the Solicitation and terms and conditions. There are 10 events are as follows: - Phase 5 scheduled for June 2528, 2009: Includes; Lodging of approximate 10 rooms on Thursday and approximate 260 rooms per night on Friday and Saturday, Conference Rooms, Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments for about 710 attendees on Friday and Saturday and about 1066 attendees on Sunday), Child Care, audio visual equipment and parking. - Phase 6 scheduled for July 9-12, 2009: Includes; Lodging of approximate 10 rooms on Thursday and approximate 194 rooms per night on Friday and Saturday, Conference Rooms, Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments for about 547 attendees), Child Care, audio visual equipment and parking. - Phases 1 & 2 scheduled for July 25, 2009: Includes; Conference Rooms, Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments for about 215 attendees), Child Care, audio visual equipment and parking. - Phases 1 & 2 scheduled for July 26, 2009: Includes; Conference Rooms, Meals (breakfast (lunch, dinner and refreshments for about 200 attendees), Child Care, audio visual equipment and parking. - Phase 6 scheduled for July 30- Aug 2, 2009: Includes; Lodging of approximate 10 rooms on Thursday and approximate 211 rooms per night on Friday and Saturday, Conference Rooms, Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments for about 563 attendees), Child Care, audio visual equipment and parking. - Phase 7 scheduled for August 6-9, 2009: Includes; Lodging of approximate 10 rooms on Thursday and 194 rooms per night on Friday and Saturday, Conference Rooms, Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments for about 512 attendees), Child Care, audio visual equipment and parking. - Phase 7 scheduled for August 27-30, 2009: Includes; Lodging of approximate 10 rooms on Thursday and 211 rooms per night on Friday and Saturday, Conference Rooms, Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments for about 563 attendees), Child Care, audio visual equipment and parking. - Phases 5 & 7 scheduled for September 1720, 2009: Includes; Lodging of approximate 10 rooms on Thursday and 100 rooms per night on Friday and Saturday, Conference Rooms, Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments for about 335 attendees), Child Care, audio visual equipment and parking. - Phases 3 scheduled for September 20, 2009: Includes; Conference Rooms, Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments for about 495 attendees), Child Care, audio visual equipment and parking. - Phases 4 scheduled for September 26, 2009: Includes; Conference Rooms, Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments for about 278 attendees), Child Care, audio visual equipment and parking. The contract will be Firm-Fixed Price type. Possible Multiple Awards. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about June 4, 2009. The closing date of the RFP will be on or about June 16, 2009 (See solicitation for the specific date). This Invitation for Bids is issued as a Competitive Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) code is 721110. The size standard is $7 million. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for status of solicitations and amendments. The solicitation and any amendments shall be submitted to the location specified on the RFP on or before the closing time and date. The solicitation will not be mailed out or faxed. Bidders submitting a bid that are not registered in DOD Central Contractor Registration database at http://www.ccr.gov. will not be eligible for award.
