- The contractor shall provide a firm-fixed price for transportation and disposal of radioactive waste, in accordance with all terms and conditions, provisions, and requirements of this solicitation herein.The term of the Contract shall be a base term for the period of July 6, 2009 through September 30, 2009, with four (4) one (1) year options to renew at the discretion of the Government. The contractor is to provide all personnel, materials, tools and equipment necessary to provide storage, removal, transportation and disposal of low-level radioactive waste to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Bruce W. Carter Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, Florida 33125. The contractor must comply with all current Local, State and Federal Regulations.
