- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, has awarded a modification under existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) contract number GS-05P-05-GBC-0044 to Shiel Sexton Company, Inc. The purpose of this modification is to exercise the Construction Phase Services Option for the Renovation and Modernization of the Birch Bayh Federal Building and U. S. Courthouse in Indianapolis, IN. These services include building system upgrades including heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, lighting and ceiling systems, as well as roof and window improvements. This modification has been awarded in the amount of $62,220,000.
