Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN LOS ANGELES, CA STAR #: 9CA2287 The United States Government seeks expressions of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office and related space. The Government presently occupies, and is seeking interest for approximately 4,355 useable square feet with ten (10) reserved parking spaces. The office shall be first class office space and be located in a new or modern office building that projects a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The Government will consider relocation only if a move is economically advantageous and will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. Occupancy would be required by no later than December 31, 2009. This advertisement is not a basis for negotiation. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and give consideration to properties other than those offered in response to this advertisement. AMOUNT: 4,355 contiguous useable square feet with ten (10) reserved parking spaces LOCATION: Offered space must be within Los Angeles, CA. REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. Additionally, various security enhancements shall also be required. Amenities of retail shops, banks, and restaurants shall be available within 2 miles form the building. TERM: The proposed lease is for one (1) year firm, and should be fully serviced. OWNERS AND AGENTS: This is an expression of interest for available space, NOT an invitation to bid.
