- This is a Pre-solicitation notice from the Regional Contracting Office South West of Camp Pendleton, CA. 92055-5027. We are soliciting quotations for repair and servicing of various types of vehicles, mobile equipment, construction type equipment, and emergency road service. These services shall be performed on site at the following locations: Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA; Marine Corps Air Station, Miramar, CA; Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, 29 Palms, CA; Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA; Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, CA, and Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma, AZ. The Contractor shall be required to perform emergency roadside service not to exceed a 150-mile radius from the above listed Marine Corps installations. Areas for performance also include other facilities, areas, and field locations onboard each of these installations. This is only an announcement, quotations will be requested and a written solicitation will be issued as a ! Request for Quotation (RFQ), the solicitation number is M00681-09-T-0080. The purpose of this solicitation is to award one Fixed Price Requirements Contract with a base period and four option years. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business and will be conducted as a cascading set-aside where HUBZONE proposals will be opened and evaluated first. The applicable NAICS code is 811111 with a size standard of $6.5 million. The Government will solicit and award this contract utilizing simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items in accordance with FAR 13.5.
