- Description
- This project includes constructing a ranger district office, parking lot, RV parking area, site grading, minor site improvements, and necessary utilities for the building. Utility work includes installing new waterline, sewer line, electrical service, phone line and new propane storage tank and line. The office building will be constructed to LEED Silver Certification which will include special requirements during construction. The project is located on the North side of the Forest Service Warehouse located at 42 North Oakley in Dubois, Idaho. The solicitation with specifications and drawings is anticipated to be uploaded on or about June 15, 2009. It is anticipated that a Site Visit will be held on July 1, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The meeting place will be the current Dubois District Ranger Office. NOTE: As a HUBZone contractor it is your responsibility to understand the amount of work/labor you as a contractor are required to perform in accordance with the HUBZone Act. Any questions on this should be directed to your Local SBA Office.
