Solicitation No. AG-3615-S-09-0002 Amendment No. 02 Page 2 of 2 The solicitation is amended to provide a: 1) Response to a clarification on Question 13 identified in Amendment No. 01. Question 16: In the answer to Question 1 as stated "Rack and pinion systems are not allowed", this appears to conflict with the answer to Question 13 where the answer was Wadsworth system being acceptable. To our knowledge a Wadsworth System is a rack and pinion system. Answer: In accordance with Answer 1, the rack and pinion system is not allowed. If the manufacturer (Wadsworth) in the question does not provide a different drive option, then that manufacture is not acceptable. Question 13: 2.1.7 Standard of Acceptance, approved equivalent. May we request that a Wadsworth system be accepted as approved equivalent? Answer (REVISED): If the manufacturer (Wadsworth) in the question does not provide a different drive option, then that manufacture is not acceptable. All other information remains unchanged. The time and date specified for receipt of offers remains at June 4, 2009 at 3:00 p. m. Offeror's are required to acknowledge receipt of all amendments (if any) to this solicitation.
