- PR0017790119, 5962-01-236-0404. Approved source(s): Kearfott (88818) P/N A574A718-101; Kearfott (88818) P/N C74000283. The requirement is for 14 each to be delivered to New Cumberland PA within 280 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 22 June 2009. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
