- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER A PRE-EXISTING DELIVERY ORDER CONTRACT. The United States Military Academy (USMA) has a requirement to provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary for water infiltration and repairs in Bldg 756 located at USMA, West Point, New York 10996. A delivery order will be issued under a pre-existing Delivery Order Contract. This will be funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The following is the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for this delivery order: W911SD-07-D-0011 Alamo City Constructors THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS.
