- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Electrostatic Beam Blanker (Quantity-1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Carl Zeiss SMT Inc., One Corporation Way, Peabody, MA 01960, due to compatibility with Zeiss scanning electron microscope (SEM), model EVO-50. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the contracting office no later than 5 days after the publication of this notice. It must clearly state the firm's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the material.
