- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) procured services through the 8(a) program in accordance with FAR 19.8. to obtain mail collection distribution, and document management services to support the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program (LRP). The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) awarded RFP Number HRS 3341 (RFP number modified to HRS 6585 for funding purposes) to Focal Point Consulting Group, Inc. under Fixed Price Contract Number HHSH250200900008C. The purpose of this contract in the amount of $33,969.67 is to provide mail collection, distribution, and document management services to support the National Health Services Corps (NHSC) Loan Program (LRP). The contract shall provide the Division of Applications and Awards (DAA), NHSC with mail collection and distribution and documents management services required for processing NHSC LRP applications promptly anticipated as a result of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. The contract was awarded as a Fixed Price Contract with ARRA funds. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES IN COMPLIANCEWITH THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009.
