WHEN INCQUIRING ABOUT THIS MARKET SURVEY PLEASE CONTACT ROBERT SUNG AT 732-532-8621, OR EMAIL robert.sung1@us.army.mil DESC The US ARMY CECOM LCMC intends to acquire 166 each for Commercial SKF-14 Kit, Gen II Not To Exceed 1250 FOM, Night Vision Monoculars. Source of Intensifier Tubes Must be provided; 166 each Leupold RXB-IV Range Finding Binoculars or Equivalent, and one week in country training operator and maintenance training for the SKF-14 for FMS Case Philippines Case B9-B-UDE. Salient characteristics Commercial SKF-14, Gen II Not To Exceed 1250 FOM, Night Vision Monoculars. On-axis resolution at optimum light level 1.3 cycles/milliradian System Magnification 1 X +0.03 System Distortion Less than 3% Range focus 25 cm to infinity Diopter focus +2 to 6 diopters Exit pupil and eye relief 14 mm on axis exit pupil at 25 mm Field of view 40 +2 degrees System brightness gain Adjustable from 25 to more than 3000 Operating Temperature 51oC to +49oC Storage Temperature 51oC to +85oC Weight (monocular with head/helmet 392 grams maximum mount adapter) SKF Kit must include the following: AN/PVS-14 night vision goggle Brow pad (medium) Brow pad (large) Head mount Assembly Soft carrying case assembly Shoulder strap assembly Swing arm interface Weapon mount interface Single diode IR BUDD light Dual diode IR BUDD light Salient characteristics Leupold RXB-IV Range Finding Binoculars or Equivalent The Leupold RXB-IV Range Finding Binoculars or Equivalent has a rugged waterproof construction and battery life indicator. Product should have a scan mode that continuously updates the range as an area is scanned or target is tracked. Accurate ranging should be out to 1,500 yards or better. Product should be commercial equipment that does not require special release for export. Should include: carrying/storage case, lanyard, battery, and operators manual.
