- THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR PHASE I. FEDERAL PRISON INDUTRIES INTENDS TO ESTABLISH MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACTS FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES/SUPPLIES: Integrator and Financing Services for Photovoltaic Panel Systems, to include but not limited to the Design, Construction, Installation, Maintenance, Commissioning, Trouble Shooting for PV Parks/Farms (Ground Mount), Parking Lot Canopies, and Building Retrofit/New Construction Roof Mount. Contractor must be able to provide all services to include design, construction, supplies and financing for: Turnkey photovoltaic systems, or any part or component thereof, including but not limited to the design, construction and installation and financing of a photovoltaic system utilizing FPI's PV panels. Photovoltaic System may be federal agency owned, in full or in part, or contractor/private sector owned through a Power Purchase Agreement, or similar financing Agreement arranged by Contractor and may be located on site or off site for FPI's federal customers. PV systems may be roof mounted or ground mounted systems and may be stand alone or integrated into a building or a site. PV systems may integrate with the electric utility grid (on grid) or be separate from the grid (off grid); buildings may include new constructions, renovations or major alterations.
