- RFQ Combine Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PC-09-Q-GLP1 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The Peace Corps anticipates awarding a non-competitive sole source fixed-price BPA for Maintenance and Repair Services to Vanguard Building Limited Partnership (Axent Realty). The applicable NAICS code is 531120 and size standard is $7.0M. This is a 100% Small Business set aside. Numbered Noted 1 applies. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect at the time of publication. FAR 52.212-1 is hereby incorporated by reference. Selected offerors must submit a complete copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer (See page 16 of RFQ). Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing, via e-mail, to Mr. Garnel Palin, Contract Specialist, Phone (202) 692-1618, gpalin@peacecorp.gov, by 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 12, 2009. Interested organizations should submit a complete package by the due date, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government’s requirement and which describes the capability of their maintenance and repair services as it supports the requirement. The Government will not pay for information solicited. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit their qualifications by the due date which may be considered by the agency. Submission of information for review by the Peace Corps shall not impede award of this BPA. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Firms must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) prior to award of any contracts or agreements.
