- Description
- Firm-fixed price contract for construction of a new 3rd Army Headquarters Complex to be located at Shaw Air Force Base. Work will be performed in Sumter, S.C., and is expected to be completed by April 2011. The work to be performed provides for the construction of an Army Central (ARCENT) Headquarters Complex to be located at Shaw Air Force Base Sumter. The project will include the design and construction of the ARCENT Headquarters Complex which includes the Command and Control Facility (C2F Facility), the Headquarters, Headquarters Company (HHC) Facility and a Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF).
