- Schedule for Offeror to Fillout and Submit Addenda to Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number RFP-SA2009410037 Information Resource Center Requirement is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 2005-32 dated May 14, 2009. This procurement is a small business set aside with a small business size standard of less than $35.5M annual sales under NAICS code 561210. List of Contract Line Items (CLINS) along with units of measure are provided as an attachment. A scope of work and detailed description of required are provided as an attachment. Deliverables schedule is provided as an attachment. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial, is incorporated by reference and tailoring (addenda) is provided as an attachment. FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items, is included as an attachment. FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, is attached and offerors must complete the required provision entries and submit with the offer. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items has been incorporated by reference in this solicitation and applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items, does apply to this acquisition and the clause is incorporated in full text and attached with applicable statutes/executive orders annotated in the attachment. Offerors are required to carefully consider all aspects of the scope of work and the submission instructions when preparing a proposal. Offers are to be presented via email to contract@ustda.gov not later than noon, EDST, June 25, 2009. Richard R.
