- PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 12 and 13.5. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this acquisition as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number RFQ E008357. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 333315 Photographic and Photocopying Equipment Manufacturing, The size standard for this requirement is 750 employees. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The resultant contract will be a one time, firm-fixed price contract. Qwonn Brand name only will be accepted. This is a Name Brand or Equal requirement, as the equipment must be compatible with the existing concealment infrastructure platform. All correspondence regarding this requirement must be submitted to Margaret Einspahr via email. Terms and Conditions This RFQ incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2005-32. The provision at FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (June 2008) and addendum are incorporated into this solicitation. Addendum to 52.212-1, Modify: (b) Submission of offer(s) is to read as follows: "Submit offers electronically to: meinspahr@fbiacademy.edu." Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items (Jan 1999) is incorporated by reference. This requirement will be awarded to the low price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. Provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Feb 2009) is incorporated. Contractors may submit their online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at the following government portal: http://orca.bpn.gov.
