Description

The purpose of this amendment is to address questions posed. Q: What room(s) will the Main Auditorium take place in? A: IRS will be using East, West and 8,7,6 in the main ballroom for the general session. Rooms 1, 2, and 3 will be used for breakouts. Q: Will the awards portion of the program be held in the same room as the Main Auditorium or in a different room? A: It will be held in the same room. Q: For the Main Auditorium there is a request in Section C.3 subsection 1. for a 330 wireless voting Audience Response System but in Section B Line Item Number 0001 there is no request for that equipment or service? Which is correct and if there is a need for the ARS how many days would the client utilize that equipment and service? A: There is a need for the Automatic Response System. IRS would need it throughout the conference (Sept 22-24). Q: For the Internet Cafe there is a request for (8) Internet Connections. Will the client only require (8) RJ-45 ethernet connection cables or will the client require (8) laptops from the vendor along with the Internet Cable Connections? A: No laptops or Ethernet cables are required.
