- G-Meter Statement of Work G-Meter Pricing Guidance Table This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219. The reference number for this Request for Quote (RFQ) is NE88G89105AS50. The National Geospatial Intelligence-Agency has a requirement to procure enhancements as stated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) to convert up to three of NGA's current LaCoste and Romberg (L&R) G-Meter Gravity Meters to an electronic force-feedback system G-Meter. NGA plans to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract with optional quantities under FAR Part 12 and 13. The requirement is for enhancements in accordance with attached Statement of Work paragraph 3.0 to convert up to three of NGA's current LaCoste and Rombert (L&R) G-Meter Gravity Meters to an electronic force-feedback system G-Meter. Standard Gravity meter maintenance will be performed as part of the enhancements. 1.) Enhancements (SOW - paragraph 3.0, Qty: 3 each. (Base). 2.) Purchase enhancements to Lithium Ion Battery for the L&R G-Meter gravity meters, Qty: 3 each. 3.) L&R G-Meter items found in need of repair/replacement not covered by the enhancements (Total not to exceed of $10,000.00 for repairs/replacements all three G-Meters scheduled for enhancements, Qty: 1 Lot. 4.) Shipping of the G-Meters from vendor to NGA/Edwards AFB, CA and/or NGA/St. Louis, MO (Not to exceed $1,000.00 total for three G-meters, Qty: 1 lot. 5.) Option to purchase up to nine more enhancements as stated in SOW paragraph 3.2.2 within 364 days of signing of contract. These enhancements will convert NGA's current LaCoste and Rombert (L&R) G-Meter Gravity Meters to an electronic force-feedback shall be exactly like the enhancements to the first three units, including batteries and repairs beyond normal maintenance. The government reserves the right to not exercise any of the optional quantities. The delivery locations are outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery is FOB Destination. The place of performance is specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Total cost shall also include any shipping and handling. Provided are attachments 1-Statement of Work and 2- Pricing Guidance Table. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32.
