Description

RECOVERY This notice is for informational purposes only. The Government intends to issue Modification 0001 to PREVIOUSLY AWARDED Contract C6020080448, a design-build effort to Replace and Upgrade the Programmable Logic Controller for the Arch Trams at Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, St. Louis, MO. The contract was awarded in accordance with FAR Part 19.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration, under the SBA's 8(a) Program. Modification 0001 administratively replaces $947,000 in Park funding with an equal amount of ARRA funds. Modification 0001 also adds and updates all applicable ARRA clauses to the contract.
