- This is a firm fixed price supply contract for Ice Harbor Lock and Dam located at Burbank, WA. The contractor will be required to do the following: a. Design, manufacture, factory test and deliver one (1) 134,000 kVA, 13.2/115 kV, ODAF, three-phase Class II generator step-up (GSU) power transformer and accessories. b. Offload transformer at the Ice Harbor Lock and Dam Project, move into the Bank T6 operating location, reassemble, oil-fill, and perform field tests. c. Furnish jacks and tools. d. Furnish spare parts. e. Perform work required to comply with the site operations, environmental protection, and safety and health provisions. f. Participate in final commissioning of the transformer after completion of installation work performed by a separate contractor. Solicitation No. W912EF-09-R-0035 will be posted to the FBO website on or about June 19, 2009. Proposals will be due approximately 60 calendar days after actual solicitation issuance date. The proposal due date information will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. Solicitation is open to both large and small business concerns. NAICS code for this project is 335331 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be available via FedBizOpps, https://www.fbo.gov. NO CD's OR HARD COPIES WILL BE AVAILABLE.
