- 3 Jun 09 - The purpose of this modification is to give an update on questions and answers. 0001 - Dayshift use of 25k crane & driver (1000-1800) 15-17 June 09 for movement of equipment/aircraft in Hydra 2009 Exercise Qty: 16 Hours a. Original quote was for 70T crane with a lifting capacity of 25k lbs. at a radius of 35 ft. Is this the correct equipment to quote? Yes b. This equipment is driven to, and operated by one individual. Does your request for "crane & driver" indicate you need an additional person? No additional person is req'd. Just wanted to be sure that a driver did come w/the crane. c. Above "Dayshift" specifies time from 1000 - 1800, on 15-17 of June (3 days) but the total of hours is shown as 16. We would bill 3 days @ 8 hrs/day, for a total of 24 hours. Is this correct? Yes 0002 - Nightshift use of 25k crane & driver (16000-0000) 16-18 June 09 for movement of equipment/aircraft in Hydra 2009 Exercise Qty: 16 Hours a. "Nightshift" schedule overlaps with "Dayshift" schedule from 1600-1800 on 6/16 and 6/17. How will this overlap of time be resolved. Not sure. Did not realized the shifts overlapped b. "Nightshift" schedule calls for 1600-0000 on 16-18 of June (3 days) but the total of hours is shown as 16. We would bill 3 days @ 8 hrs/day, for a total of 24 hours. Is this correct? yes 0003 - Highway Permits (one-time fee) movement of crane on roads to & from Castle that will be used in Hydra 2003 Exercise Qty: 1 Each Yes for 2009 0004 - Fuel Surcharge (7% total) is for the fuel that will be used to operate the crane that is used during the Hydra 2009 Exercise Qty: 1 Each Yes 0005 - 25k crane & driver mid-shift (0001-0800) 13June 09 for movement of equipment/aircraft in Hydra 2009 Exercise Qty: 8 Hours Ye
