Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expressions of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office and related space. The Government presently occupies, and is seeking interest for a minimum of 6,642 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 7,540 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space along with on-site structured parking for 7 vehicles. The office shall be first class office space and be located in a new or modern office building that projects a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The Government will consider relocation only if a move is economically advantageous and will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. This advertisement is not a basis for negotiation. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and give consideration to properties other than those offered in response to this advertisement. LOCATION: Offered space must be within the following boundaries of Des Plaines, Illinois: NORTH: Golf Rd. SOUTH: Algonquin Rd. EAST: Hwy 294 WEST: Wolf Rd. REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. Additionally, various security enhancements shall also be required. Amenities of retail shops, banks, and restaurants shall be available within 2 miles from the building. TERM: The lease shall be for a term of ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term. OWNERS & AGENTS: This is an expression of interest for available space, NOT an invitation to bid.
