THE DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION QUALITY. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD VERIFICATION OF EXISTING CONDITIONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PRACTICAL.
