- RECOVERY - This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the King Company of Holland, Michigan under contract W911XK-08-D-0001-0004 for maintenance dredging at Ludington Harbor, Michigan. The Government intends to exercise a previously unexercised option to dredge 20,000 cubic yards plus an additional 95,000 cubic yards at Ludington Harbor, utilizing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding.
