- RECOVERY--The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to revise the CLIN descriptions to include additional language required by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and to incorporate DFARS clause 252.225-700, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program (January 2009) into the solicitation. The Amendment is available in the attached conformed copy of the solicitation. Interested offerors should utilize the conformed copy of the solicitation unless further amended.
