- Description
- The Defense Contract Services Office Philadelphia intends to solicit on a small business set aside basis for the creation of a Blanket Purchase Agreement in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13 for Kyocera and Konica printers and copiers on a brand name or equal basis in support of the 25 Defense Distribution Centers DDC’s located throughout the world. The Brand Name or equal printers are the Kyocera FS-9530DN, the Kyocera FS-4000DN, the Kyocera FSC5030N, the Kyocera KM-2050, the Kyocera KM-C2525E, the Konica Minolta Page Pro 1390MF or their equal. The intended period of performance for this BPA will be up to 60 months from date of award. The anticipated award date is on or before 1 August 09. It is noted that these printers/copiers will be used in a highly industrialized area and will be subjected to conditions that are atypical of the usual environment that printers/copiers operate. The anticipated result of this solicitation effort will be a firn fixed price supply contract. This acquisition effort will also incorporate best value source selection procedures. The RFP will be posted to the FEDBIZOPS Site upon its release.
