- NSN 1560-00-311-1579, PR number IQC08105009028, Fitting, Engine Drain used on the F-15 Aircraft. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 24, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 94, Max Contract Qty per year is 141. Orders are to be shipped within 134 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the “C folders” link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is June 10, 2009 with a closing date of July 10, 2009.
