- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Quote number is W912L9-09-T-0036 for a single, firm fixed-price contract for the following item. Item 0001: Trees, Emerald Green Arborvitae, (6) six to (7) seven feet tall, quantity 200 each. Price quotes must include freight. Delivery: Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC), Building 104, Butlerville, IN 47223. Delivery date: 30 June 2009. Anticipated Issue Date of the purchase order is: 22 June 2009 at 11:30 am.. Final inspection and acceptance will be performed by MUTC. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. This requirement is being advertised as a 100% small business set aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 424930 with a Small Business Size Standard of five hundred (100) employees. The SIC code is 0831. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. SEE clauses on the quote that are applicable to this acquisition. DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms, Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items through (November 2008) are applicable. For security reasons, all potential offerors are required to register in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/.
