- The work shall include, but not be limited to, layout and installation of sheet pile for closure structure abutments; layout and installation of drilled pier foundations and steel plates for the support of closure structure panels; fabrication and installation of closure structure panels and support posts; in-filling and shaping depression along former levee alignment and shaping backfill around sheet pile abutment with cohesive fill materials obtained from former levee alignment; and producing as-built drawings with survey of final installation. ESTIMATED RANGE: $500,000 to $1,000,000 COMPLETION: 90 consecutive calendar days THIS PROCUREMENT IS ISSUED UNRESTRICTED UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVE DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM (PUBLIC LAW 100-656). North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 and the size standard of $33.5 million average annual gross revenue It is anticipated that the plans and specifications for this procurement will be available on www.fbo.gov on or about June 2009. Any contractor wanting the plans and specifications must download them from this website.
