- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Installations-West (RCO-MCI-W), Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to lease various types of heavy construction equipment on an as needed basis to include:Compactor, landfillLoader, BackhoeMotor graderGeneratorsTractor, track type (dozer)Trucks, BucketTractors, excavatorTruck Line, Boom/AugerTractor, agriculturalTrack loader, front endRock DiscBoom LiftTrucks, WaterThe equipment will be used aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA. The contract type will be a fixed price single award indefinite delivery requirements contract for a base period of twelve months from 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010 and four option periods from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2014. This requirement is a 100% HUBZone set aside under NAICS code 532412 "Construction, Mining, and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing" with a size standard of $7.0 million. Soliciation number M00681-09-T-0033 will be posted. This solicitation and resulting contract will be awarded utilizing FAR parts 12 and 13.5 procedures.
