Description
NSN 6695-00-089-1876, Light, Instrument, part number 10553463. DSCR has a complete unrestricted technical data package for this NSN. The terms are FOB Destination and inspection/acceptance Destination. Quantity variance is zero. The Quality Assurance Provision is FCA and will be contained in clause provision 46-9A-9G of the solicitation. The required delivery is 128 days ARO. The solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract. The solicitation will be issued set-aside for small business utilizing competitive procedures. NSN is non-commercial. Export Control applies. Distribution of the Export Control Bid set will be limited to those contractors qualified through JCP Certification, which can be obtained by completing DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. DD Form 2345 is available at the World Wide Web at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp or writing to United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, Defense Logistics Information Service Federal Center, 74 Washington Ave, North Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. The contract will only be awarded to those contractors with JCP Certification issued prior to the contract being awarded. Pricing will be evaluated on the best valued price for 763 parts. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 18 June 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Effective June 1, 1998, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors are required to update their CCR annually.
