- Sole Source Notice: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Louis Stokes Veterans Affairs Medical System (LSVAMC) 10000 Brecksville Rd, Brecksville, OH 44146 intends to negotiate a Sole Source Procurement, In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(2)and 41 USC 253 (c) (1). The intent is to solicit a single source for the Procurement of a Telemetry Monitoring System to include installation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intent is to sole source the following requirement to the Philips Medical Systems Company. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334510/500 employees. The purpose of this procurement is to procure additional telemetry coverage for the newly renovated area of the Wade Park facility. This equipment will be incorporated into an already existing telemetry system. Offerors who feel they can provide the same supplies may contact Maladean E. Hudson at Maladean.hudson@va.gov or The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs, 10000 Brecksville Rd, Brecksville, OH 44141, ATTN Maladean E. Hudson (90C). All responses must be received within 7 days of this publication. As a result of evaluating responses to this letter of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that the action may be competed. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement will be based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
